Requests received after this period will not be considered.

To qualify for a refund:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or email confirmation).
Requests must be based on one of the following reasons:
Damaged or defective product.
Error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For digital purchases (e-books), refunds may be granted only if the file has not been downloaded.
5. Non-Refundable Items
